Crazy French

As of March 20, 2021, a curfew applies from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. throughout the metropolitan area and reinforced measures are in effect every day of the week from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. in 16 departments.

The exceptional travel certificate is mandatory to travel during the curfew from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. throughout the territory. It is also compulsory to travel between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. in the 16 departments concerned by the reinforced measures: Aisne, Alpes-Maritimes, Essonne, Eure, Hauts-de-Seine, Nord, Oise, Paris, Pas-de-Calais, Seine -et-Marne, Seine-Saint-Denis, Seine-Maritime, Somme, Val-de-Marne, Val-d’Oise and Yvelines. In these departments, travel is only authorized within the department or within a perimeter defined by a radius of 30 km around the place of residence, except for the reasons for travel indicated by an asterisk on the certificate.

In addition, people residing in departments that are not subject to enhanced measures cannot enter departments subject to enhanced measures beyond a perimeter defined by a radius of 30 km around their place of residence. for the reasons indicated by an asterisk on this certificate as well as in the context of long-distance journeys leading only to transit through an area subject to reinforced measures. Failure to comply with all of these measures will result in:

First sanction: a fine of 135 euros, increased to 375 euros (in the event of non-payment or non-dispute within the time limit indicated on the notice of violation)

In the event of a repeat offense within 15 days: a fine of 200 euros, increased to 450 euros (in the event of non-payment or non-dispute within the time limit indicated on the notice of violation)

After 3 offenses in 30 days: a fine of 3,750 euros punishable by 6 months imprisonment.

My conclusion : the french lockdown is not a lockdown but just a game of attestation. You are allowed to do what you want if you have your autoattestation. If you respect all but you forget your attestation you risk prison.
